Itinerary
Your adventure begins with a transfer from your hotel/residence to the Entebbe Airport for a scenic domestic flight to Kihihi Airstrip. On arrival, a lodge vehicle will be waiting to take you to the serene Mahogany Springs Lodge. After check-in, enjoy a delicious lunch and unwind in the peaceful surroundings of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.

Fuel up with an early breakfast before heading to the gorilla trekking start point by 7:00 AM. After a safety and orientation briefing, begin your trek through the lush rainforest in search of one of the world’s most majestic creatures — the mountain gorilla. The trek can last between 2 to 8 hours depending on their movements, but every step is worth the awe-inspiring moment you meet them face to face. Return to the lodge for a well-earned dinner and a restful evening.

Enjoy a final breakfast in the tranquility of the forest before checking out. You’ll then transfer back to Kihihi Airstrip for your flight to Entebbe, carrying unforgettable memories of your wild encounter.
